設計背景：杭州億豐億盛置業有限公司是由上海億豐集團投資運營的一家控股子公司，是一家集商業地產、專業市場開發、商業地產運營、物業管理、星級酒店、專業市場運營、休閑娛樂、家居建材貿易等多元產業為一體的綜合性企業。本項目總投資15億元，由12萬方高端精品住宅，4.8萬方喜來登五星級酒店，5萬方商業中心，3萬方會展中心，5萬方商務辦公中心組成。 設計說明：本案營銷中心設計師用專業的角度打造了一個純現代的建筑空間，優美的線條，彼此呼應的室內空間，開闊的視野，柔和的燈光。 Design Background: Hangzhou Yifeng Yisheng Properties Limited is invested by Shanghai Yifeng Group operates a subsidiary, is a collection of commercial real estate, professional market development, commercial real estate operations, property management, hotel, professional market operators, entertainment, home building materials trade and other diversified industries as one integrated enterprise. The total investment of 1.5 billion, made up of 12 high-end boutique residential Wan Fang, 4.8 Wan Fang Sheraton five-star hotels, five party commercial center, 3 Wan Fang Convention and Exhibition Center, 5 Wan Fang business office centers.
